With regard to the training courses listed on the WYG Training Services Website the following Terms and Conditions shall apply:

Cancellation of courses by a client
Cancellations up to 10 working days prior to the course commencement date will receive a full refund. WYG reserves the right to charge an administration fee for all cancellations made by a client. Cancellations within 5 working days of the course commencement date will not incur a refund. In this instance the full cost of courses being cancelled will be charged.

Cancellation of courses by WYG Training Services
All cancellations made by WYG Training Services will be refunded in full to clients or alternative dates for the training will be offered.
